On this page, I record my weight loss weekly. Sundays are my normal weigh-in day, which is when this page will normally be updated for the week!

  1. Hi, I just wanted to say that I really like your blog! I love that you have taken pictures of your meals too. The egg white tortilla looks awesome!
    I’m on the Cambridge Diet at the moment (VLCD) but you are definitely giving me ideas for when I get back to eating normal food.

    • Hi Cat! Thank you so much!! I’ve been slacking a little with the blogging lately since my work schedule has gotten crazy! I’m going to really try and get back to blogging daily this week! I enjoy sharing my journey with everyone! I love when people subscribe and check my blog out. It gives me more incentive to actually keep blogging!!
      I’ve never heard of the Cambridge Diet but I just looked it up and it looks interesting. How much weight have you lost and do you want to lose? Hope that diet is proving successful for you!

      • Well, I lost a load and put some back on. I’ve lost about 20lbs since my biggest. I want to lose another 58lbs. I haven’t had my first weigh in yet so I don’t know how much I’ve lost. I’ll be updating my blog on Sunday with the results!

  3. Stumbled upon your blog by chance one fine day. I’ve been following your blog since. Congrats for having done so well!! I lost abt 23lbs last year. I’ve put on 10-12lbs back. Sigh. Need to work to lose what I’ve gained back. It’s hard coz I live in Asia & it’s near impoosible to avoid carbs. Btw, do u take ur TJ High Fibre cereal with milk?

    • Thank you! It’s hard work but if I can do it, I promise that anyone else can too! You just have to commit and be in the right mindset! As for my TJs high fiber cereal, I dip my banana in it and bite it, so no milk is involved! Good luck with everything!

  4. I just found your blog by chance and I think it’s AMAZING what you’ve accomplished! Congratulations on your incredible weight loss. I’m almost 10 pounds into mine (but not QUITE there yet) and still have about 30 or so to go after, so I’m SO happy to have found your blog and seen that you’ve already done it!
